Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite restaurants. The only Cheesecake Factory in Minnesota right now is located at Southdale Mall in Edina. It goes without saying that Cheesecake Factory has a great selection of quality cheesecake and large portions. The food at Cheesecake Factory is all fantastic, from appetizers to entrees. The wait staff at Cheesecake in Edina is fantastic, always waiting on you hand and foot but not smothering.
